Vendor Training: "Hands-On Check Point Firewall Administration" - October 29 - November 2
ITS Training Services is planning a course on Check Point firewalls called "Hands-On Check Point Firewall Administration", offered by CPUG University. If there is sufficient interest, the course will be offered Monday - Friday, October 29 - November 2 at 116 Wagner Building. The course will be taught by the course author, Barry Stiefel, also an author of several books on Check Point firewalls, and the founder of the Check Point Users Group (CPUG). For example, if 7 people confirm interest in attending, the maximum cost would be $3,250 per person.
If you are interested in attending this course, please get supervisor approval and send an e-mail to itstraining@psu.edu no later than COB Friday, May 25. It is important to note that your e-mail confirmation of interest is considered a pre-registration for this course, which requires ten confirmations of interest in order to run.
