Prerequisite(s): Basic computing skills; familiarity with Microsoft Windows
In this hands-on workshop, participants will be introduced to the fundamentals of Flash, a leading animation and web content creation tool. A professional manual will be provided in this workshop.
Objectives:
* Create graphics
* Work with the Flash library
* Create and deploy movie clip symbols and instances
* Create simple interactivity using ActionScript 3.0

I work as a Multimedia Specialist in the Dean's Office of the College of Health and Human Development. Part of my duties are designing interactive Flash activities for students to use in an online environment. It has been a while since I have had to use Flash and I am looking to renew my skills and learn what the latest version of Flash has to offer.
