The Full Screen Reading view is the default view for attached documents opened in the Outlook email client. It provides a two-page view for easy reading, but while some users find it useful others prefer viewing attached documents in Print Layout view directly. To change this default setting in Word 2007, click on the Office Button and then click on the Word Options button. On the Popular category tab, uncheck the box for the “Open attachments in Full Screen Reading View” option. Click OK to save the change.
