First, you must have a Penn State access account (Friends of Penn State accounts won't work), and you must be a member of the faculty staff group.
If you meet both of those criteria, you simply login at wikispaces.psu.edu and scroll down to the bottom of the page. On the left side, you will see the utilities section. Click on "Create a space". On the next screen, enter a space name, a shortcut key, decide who can have access to this space, and pick a theme for your wiki.
