These forums are intended to provide follow-up support to those who have participated in technology training at Penn State. General technology support for Penn State faculty, staff, and students is provided by the ITS Help Desks (helpdesk@psu.edu). In some cases, the Help Desks may be able to respond more quickly to questions than users in this forum.
